Location Narrative	The stand is located in the BLM Hunter Mountain parcel in Mariposa County. The stand consists of the vegetation around a small stock pond east of Hunter Mountain Ridge Road, approximately 2 miles south of the tip of the peninsula. The relevé consists of the vegetation occurring in a narrow band along the pond's edge. The band is in between the moister soil surrounding the water's edge (dominated by Eleocharis), and the drier soils where annual grasses and Adenostoma fasciculatum dominate.
